Earline E. Middleton

Executive Director, Eva Clayton Rural Food Institute

Earline E. Middleton is Executive Director of the Eva Clayton Rural Food Institute. She is the retired Vice President of Partner Services and Public Policy at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina where she was responsible for strategic planning and agency development throughout the Food Bank’s 34-county service area.

 

She now brings that fervor for working with community-based organizations and building partnerships to the Eva Clayton Rural Food Institute. She is dedicated to working with communities to ensure their authentic voices are heard and advocating for good public policies that support rural communities.
